Glass & glazing
Windows, doors, splashbacks and mirrors — lift and set glass without slings.
A GRIPSTER MAX is a gripper for lifting objects of different kinds. This battery-powered vacuum lifter seals onto glass, tile, stone, wood and sheet materials, so one person can lift, carry and place heavy loads safely — no hose, no compressor, no strain.

A GRIPSTER MAX is a gripper for lifting objects of different kinds. In vacuum handling the words gripper and lifter mean the same thing: a tool that grips a load by suction and lifts it. Call it a vacuum gripper, a suction lifter or simply a lifter — it does one job supremely well.
Instead of digging fingers under a heavy panel, you place the GRIPSTER MAX on the face of the material, press the button, and twin electric pumps pull a powerful vacuum through the sealing pad. Now the load has a solid, central handle — and you have complete control.

Everything about the GRIPSTER MAX is built to create a strong vacuum, tell you it is safe, and keep it that way through the whole lift.
Two on-board electric pumps build and hold the vacuum across both heads for a strong, stable grip on the load.
A digital vacuum gauge on each head shows real-time pressure, so you can see the seal is solid before you lift.
A rechargeable Li-ion battery powers everything. No air hose, no compressor, no trailing lead — just pick it up and lift.
The load-balanced handle sits over the centre of gravity, so heavy panels stay level and easy to steer.
If the vacuum ever drops toward the safe limit, an audible and visual alarm warns you instantly.
Glass, tile, stone, sealed wood, laminate, metal and plastics — if it is smooth and airtight, the gripper holds it.

Vacuum lifting equipment holds a load using nothing but air pressure. When the pumps remove air from the sealed pad, the higher pressure of the surrounding atmosphere presses the pad firmly against the material. The smoother and more airtight the surface, the stronger the hold.
Traditional vacuum lifters need a compressor and hoses. The GRIPSTER MAX packs that whole system into a hand-held gripper — the pumps, the battery, the gauges and the safety alarm — so professional vacuum handling goes wherever the job is.
From the glazier's van to the warehouse floor, the GRIPSTER MAX lifter handles the flat, heavy and awkward items that hurt backs.
Windows, doors, splashbacks and mirrors — lift and set glass without slings.
Large-format porcelain, pavers and floor tiles placed flat and precise.
Granite, quartz and sintered slabs carried and positioned by one person.
Sealed ply, MDF, doors and furniture panels, gripped by the face.
Steel, aluminium and composite sheet handled without dents or gloves.
Boards, façade panels and cladding lifted into place cleanly.
Rigid signs, ACM and display panels moved and mounted safely.
Flat packs, crates lids and returns handled faster on the dock.
Manual handling is one of the biggest causes of lost-time injury in industry. A vacuum lifter attacks the root of the problem: it gives an awkward load a proper handle, keeps it close to the body, and lets a single worker do a job that used to need two — or a bad back.

Both — the terms are used interchangeably. A GRIPSTER MAX is a gripper for lifting objects of different kinds. In vacuum handling, a gripper, a suction lifter and a vacuum lifter all describe the same idea: a device that grips a load by suction so you can lift it. Whatever you call it, the job is the same.
Anything with a reasonably smooth, airtight face: glass and mirrors, ceramic and porcelain tiles, stone slabs and worktops, sealed wood and laminate panels, sheet metal and plastics, drywall, cladding and signage. If the sealing pad can form a vacuum against the surface, the gripper can lift it.
Representative capacity is up to about 170 kg (375 lb) on a clean, airtight surface, with 100–120 kg recommended as a comfortable working load. Real capacity depends on how smooth and non-porous the surface is — always de-rate on textured or porous materials and follow the on-tool vacuum reading.
It works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces. Lightly textured finishes are usually fine with the sealing pad, but very porous or heavily structured materials leak vacuum and reduce the safe load. The dual digital gauges and alarm tell you instantly whether the seal is strong enough.
Yes. The GRIPSTER MAX is a self-contained, battery-powered vacuum lifter. Twin electric pumps create and maintain the vacuum on board, so there is no air hose, no compressor and no power lead to trip over.
The pumps automatically top up the vacuum as you work, the digital displays show live pressure on each head, and an audible and visual alarm warns you the moment the vacuum drops below the safe threshold — so you always know the gripper has a solid hold.
Yes. The whole point of a vacuum lifter is single-person, single-motion handling: grip, lift, carry, place. It gives large, awkward items a rigid handle and keeps the load close to the body, which is exactly what manual-handling guidance recommends. Always respect the rated load.
